Instructions
Please make sure you’ve carefully read the instructions supplied with your product. Many common issues can be resolved by following the setup and operating guidelines correctly.
Note: If a technician attends and finds the machine is operating correctly, a service fee may apply - even if the product is under warranty.
Power
- Check that the power cord and plug are in good condition and not damaged. - Confirm that the power outlet is working by testing it with another appliance (such as a lamp).
Overheating
Some appliances include built-in safety cut-out switches to prevent overheating.
If this has been triggered, allow the unit time to cool down.
Once cooled, press the reset switch (if applicable).
Refrigeration
To keep your refrigerator or freezer running efficiently:
- Regularly clean the condenser filters. - Please check that the filters are clean before requesting service.
